THE Legendary saga of CCPL HOSPITALITY begins with the stepping stone of SIKAND LODGE & RESTAURANT which started from kinship place i.e. # 840, Phase - 3 B 1, MOHALI, (PUNJAB), as a guest house & multi cuisine restaurant in the year 1989 by as the propitious man Sh. Kawaljit Singh Walia Chairman Managing Director of the company with work experience of more than 35 years in different fields and perception of work has been always on the top priority list. Over the last 25 years of catering experience throughout Northern & Western India, Our knowledge of this region has gained depth & maturity. But time alone cannot achieve this, to truly understand diverse cultures you need to be part of them.

Growing up in Hospitality, it's part of the ethos that we can achieve anything we set out to do. We remember in the year 1992 one of the patron of our Guest House who captivated & perpetrated to the inspiration of this Legendary Saga of Outdoor Catering. With the stepping success of each celebrations, Our organization decided to make the Company in the name of COMMANDO CATERERS PRIVATE LIMITED & got it registered by ROC, Jalandhar in the year 1994. Our Chairman Managing Director "Mr. Kawaljit Singh Walia" and Director "Mrs. Lakhvir Kaur Walia" Pampered the Company like a New Born Baby & dedicated the slogan. "When we take over we work, you rest". Sh. Kawaljit Singh Walia as a beginner with his hard working, honesty to the client and perfect quality and quantity with high ambition has taken Commando Caterers on top.

After making a bench mark of Commando Caterers Private Limited, then took CHANDIGARH CLUB LTD which is the biggest and oldest club of Chandigarh where we became the official caterer for the restaurant CAFE ELEVEN starts 11 AM to 11 PM serving most advanced modern innovative cuisines i.e. Oriental, Lebanese, Moroccan, Mexican with traditional Indian Tandoor & Curry dishes. Moreover serving different flavors of Coffee from Italian Coffee machines like Cappuccino, Late, Mocca, Iris etc. along with Sandwich, Burger, Pizza, Italian Pasta, Doner Kebab, Pastries, Puddings and Cakes.

After giving tremendous services in the club, took over one of the most prestigious venue of Chandigarh Club Ltd i.e. CHANDIGARH CELEBRATIONS POOL SIDE LAWNS to host and organize any kind of Social & Corporate Events from 50 to 4000 guests with best of the ambience & the easiest approach to reach the venue anywhere from tricity i.e. Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby surroundings. This is the biggest venue in Chandigarh with 35000 square feet area as Temporary Waterproof Pandal with parking space of more than 2000 vehicles.

COMMANDO CATERERS PRIVATE LIMITED has signed an exclusive agreement with (DITS) Dinner in the Sky, Belgium (Europe) for the promotion of the concept.

THE SKY EVENTS is the most exciting concept all over the world (Operational in 51 countries) with 100 % safety record. It is an amazing and unique concept developed in Europe by a team of Belgium nationals to host events, ceremonies and any occasion. For the first concept Dinner in the Sky in India The Sky Events seating arrangement can cater for 22 guests as a conference sitting around the table with 6 crew members (2 chefs, 2 air hostesses, 1 cameraman & 1 security staff in the middle. Every type of food can be served depending upon the clients choice. The sky party can be organized everywhere which is one of the most exciting features of this concept, dreaming is allowed either dining over the grand canyon, near famous tourist or picnic spots of the nation. For the second concept option i.e. Lounge in the Sky seating arrangement is for 32 guest with 8 round tables with sitting of 4 on each table with the island bar and few other options can also be worked on it. For example 1 of the round table with 4 guests sitting can be changed to a live performance corner & if another round table with guest sitting of 4 can be converted into presentation corner then the guest capacity will come down to 24 guest sitting with 5 crew members on board.

For branding it is pertinent that brand will get promoted in the Sky in an unusual manner. In addition to that we propose to promote the brand in the following manner like at the bottom of the table, back of each chair, at the barricades of the venue, on the crane boom and the seat belts on the chairs.
